I was excited to try protein in the air fryer, my first go was chicken wings for this Football Sunday and I’m super satisfied with how they turned out! The crispiness of the skin definitely offers that “fried” bite. Serves 4 with sides.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package organic chicken wings
JF Spicy Salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Fresh cracked black pepper
Avocado oil spray
PROCESS:
Preheat the basket of your air fryer. Toss the chicken wings in JF Spicy Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper. Lay them into the basket and coat with avocado oil spray. Cook on ‘Max Crisp’ for 10 minutes, then flip, re-coat with avocado oil, and cook for an additional 12 minutes. Enjoy warm with your choice of sides.
