BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL MCCARTHY SALAD

L.A. natives know and love this iconic salad. The key is making sure all of your ingredients are very finely chopped. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped as finely as possible
½ cup beets, finely chopped
½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped
½ cup bacon, finely chopped
½ cup hard boiled egg whites, finely chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese, finely chopped (sub plant-based cheese)
½ cup avocado, finely chopped
½ cup mushrooms, finely chopped (optional)
JF Mayo-Free Ranch, to taste
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Universal Salt, to taste

PROCESS:


In a large salad bowl, put the finely chopped iceberg lettuce. On top of this, place the other finely chopped ingredients in sections around the top. Drizzle with JF Mayo-Free Ranch and JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. Season with JF Universal Salt and enjoy.
