Next time you crave an Italian Sub try this tuna recipe for a healthy alternative. Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS:
2 (4oz) cans of tuna
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp
JF simple mustard vinaigrette1 Tbsp Calabrian peppers, finely chopped
2 Tbsp pepperoncini peppers, finely chopped
½ white onion, finely diced
JF Spicy SaltFresh Italian parsley, chopped
PROCESS:
Drain the tuna and flake it out really finely using the back of a fork. Add the Dijon mustard and
JF simple mustard vinaigrette. Mix well. Add the Calabrian peppers, the pepperoncini peppers, and the white onion. Season with
JF Spicy Salt to taste and top with fresh Italian parsley. Serve over a bed of fresh lettuce or this would make an amazing tuna sandwich.
