Tonight’s pasta was dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and insanely delish. The key here is to finish with fresh herbs; I used basil for this one. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 oz) box grain-free spaghetti (I like Jovial)
JF Simple Tomato Sauce, to taste
A dollop of dairy-free ricotta (I like Kite Hill)
Diary-free parmesan, shredded (I like VioLife)
Basil, chiffonade (I like Gotham Greens)
Fresh cracked black pepper. to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
PROCESS:
Cook your pasta according to the package. When it’s done, drain and rinse to remove any starchy residue. Ladle over my JF Simple Tomato Sauce and toss for an even coat.
Plate warm topped with a dollop of dairy-free ricotta, shredded dairy-free parm, fresh basil, cracked black pepper, JF Spicy Salt, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
