This kale salad is very simple and extremely satisfying. Add whatever you desire to make it your own. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS
Salad:2 cups tuscan kale, chopped very thin
⅔ cup parmesan, grated (sub plant-based cheese)
Dressing:
1 lemon, juiced and strained
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
Pinch red chili pepper flakes
Pinch JF Spicy Salt
