VEGAN VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE

Before I began my anti-inflammatory diet, I loved the veggie cream cheese from Pick-A-Bagel. I thought I would create a vegan version to satisfy my craving. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup vegan cream cheese, (I like Violife or Kite Hill)
2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp carrot, shredded 
1 Tbsp radish, shredded
1 tsp jalapeño, deseeded and diced 
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS:

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well until combined. Taste for seasoning and see if you need additional JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
