75K Salad

The 75K salad in celebration of the amazing community built out of Jennifer Fisher Kitchen! This one is colorful and crunchy, a combination of all the veg I need to get rid of before flying later today. Serves 1. 

INGREDIENTS:

Butter lettuce, chopped
Radish, chopped
Persian cucumber, chopped
Red beet, chopped
Carrot, chopped
Avocado, chopped
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 JF Jammy Eggs, halved
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste 

PROCESS:

In a large bowl, using the chopped butter lettuce as a base, begin to build your salad. Layer in your radish, cucumber, beet, carrot, avocado, and cilantro. Top with both jammy eggs, season with JF Spicy Salt, and dress in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
