Aunt Tinda's Brownies

Aunt Tinda's Brownies

Thx Aunt T for this one xxx

Growing up my aunt and uncle were always creating amazing homemade meals when we would go over to their house to visit. Everything from scratch, simple and effortless, but legit, like these brownies. So simple and so so good.

INGREDIENTS

1 stick butter (sub ghee or vegan butter)
2oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar (sub coconut sugar)
½ cup all-purpose flour (sub almond flour)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

PROCESS

Melt butter and chocolate over simmering water in a double boiler or over very low heat in a small pot. Set aside to cool.

Mix sugar and flour together in a mixing bowl. Blend in cooled chocolate mixture. Blend in eggs, one at a time, add vanilla.

Bake in greased pan - approx. 8"x 8" for about 25 minutes at 350 until done. Test with a toothpick by inserting it into the center, if it comes out clean, it's done.
