The easiest way to get your kids to eat brussels sprouts - make them like this. The key is to leave them alone and really let them brown on the exterior. They eat almost like a roasted potato; so good! Serves 2-3.
INGREDIENTS:
Brussels sprouts, halved
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Olive oil
PROCESS:
In a large pan, warm your olive oil over medium-high heat. As that starts to shimmer, being to sauté your brussels sprouts face-side down. Don’t rush the cooking process here, allow these to brown before flipping. Once they have a nice color, season with JF Spicy Salt. Add in more olive oil for an even crispier bite.
Plate warm and finish with extra JF Spicy Salt and olive oil. Enjoy!
