My super basic, totally versatile Chili Cauliflower Rice recipe can accompany any meal as a side, a base, or be enjoyed all on its own! Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS:
2 (12oz) bags frozen cauliflower rice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
½-1 tsp garlic powder, to taste
½-1 tsp onion powder, to taste
PROCESS:
In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant. Add the cauliflower rice, letting it cook down until completely defrosted. Add all seasonings; adjust to taste. Enjoy warm!
