CHILI LIME BROILED FISH TACOS

Try this spice blend on your favorite protein. It makes amazing tacos, especially shrimp and salmon. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS:

Chili Lime Salmon:
1 (6-8oz) piece of organic salmon
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp JF Spicy Salt
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
 

TOPPINGS:

JF Taco Night Rice
JF Guacamole
JF Pico de Gallo
Cilantro, finely diced 
White onion, finely diced 
Hot sauce

PROCESS:

In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, JF Spicy Salt, and crushed red chili pepper flakes and set to the side. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on top. Squeeze the juice of half a lime all over the salmon. This will help the spice blend stay on the salmon. Rub the spice blend all over the salmon. Broil in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes. When it is done cooking flake it out over a tortilla, add your desired toppings and enjoy!
