Simple and delicious. Serve this on top of lamb chops or steak.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh parsley
½ cup fresh mint
¼ cup fresh oregano
4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

PROCESS:
Sauté the minced garlic in a bit of olive oil. Blend the parsley, mint, oregano, and saut
éed garlic in a food processor until just roughly chopped. Add the lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Season with the red pepper flakes and a pinch of
JF Universal Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Stir in the olive oil and set to the side, letting the flavors infuse.
