Chorizo Tuna Cucumber Radish Salad

Working lunch today - super fast and easy, but just as equally clean and delicious. Finish with my go-to JF Spicy Salt. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Persian cucumber, sliced thin on the mandoline
  • Radish, sliced thin on the mandoline
  • Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
  • 1 package Wild Planet’s Chorizo Tuna, flaked
  • Dill, torn
  • Chili olive oil, to taste (I like Brightland)
  • JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS:

1. In a large bowl, using the shredded cabbage as a base, begin to build your salad.


2. Layer in your cucumber, radish, and jalapeño; toss to combine.


3. Top with the flaked tuna, fresh dill, a drizzle of chili-infused EVOO, and my JF Spicy Salt. Enjoy!
