The most requested recipe. Try this for a classic tuna sandwich or add your favorite cheese for a delicious tuna melt. Serves 1 with leftovers.
INGREDIENTS:
1 (4oz) can of tuna
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette 1
½ Tbsp
JF Mayo Free Ranch2 Tbsp white onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
JF Spicy SaltFresh cracked black pepper
Chives, chopped
PROCESS:
Drain the tuna and flake it out really finely using the back of a fork. Add the Dijon mustard, my
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, and my
JF Mayo Free Ranch. Mix well. Now add in onion, celery, and dill pickles. Mix together. Season with
JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Top with fresh chopped chives and a sprinkle of
JF Spicy Salt. Eat this with your favorite bread as a sandwich for lunch.
