The ultimate bite for National Caviar Day. Personalize these with any of my JF Salts for a different flavor profile - so good and clean!
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 russet potatoes, sliced thin on the mandoline #1 or #2
Olive oil (I like Kyoord)
JF Salt of choice, to taste
TOPPINGS:
Caviar
Plain coconut yogurt
Chives, sliced
PROCESS:
Preheat the oven to 375º. Using a brush, coat both sides of your sliced potatoes with olive oil. Line them on a baking sheet without overlapping to ensure an even bake. Season with JF Salt of choice. Bake until crisp, turn once if needed.
Once cooled, top with plain coconut yogurt, caviar, sliced chives, and any of your other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
