INGREDIENTS:
- Green cabbage, shredded
- Radicchio, shredded
- Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
- Radish, sliced thin on the mandoline and cut into matchsticks
- Red onion, sliced thin on the mandoline
- Beets, chopped
- Tuna, flaked (I like Tonnino)
- Cilantro, coarsely chopped
- JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
- JF Curry Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
1. In a large bowl, using the shredded cabbage and radicchio as a base, begin to build your salad.
2. Layer in the jalapeño, radish, red onion, and beets. Top with the flaked tuna and cilantro.
3. Dress in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette and finish with JF Curry Salt. Enjoy!
