INGREDIENTS
Organic butter (sub ghee or vegan butter)
1 large organic egg
1½ Tbsp cream (sub almond milk)
1 Tbsp cheese of choice, freshly grated (sub plant-based cheese)
Green onion, chopped
Dill, chopped
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Optional Variations:
Cheddar cheese and chives
Goat cheese and thyme
Feta cheese and chopped fresh dill
Pepper jack cheese and cilantro
PROCESS
Preheat your oven to 350°. Grease each 6-8oz single ramekins with the butter.
Pour the cream into the bottom of your greased ramekin. Add your cheese and herbs of choice. Season with a pinch of JF Spicy Salt. Crack the egg on top and add a bit more cheese, herbs, JF Spicy Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper.
Bake them on the top rack for 10-15 minutes or until the whites are set. Serve with toast solders of your choice.
