INGREDIENTS:
2 heads of cauliflower, roughly chopped2 garlic cloves, chopped
Olive oil
½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated (sub plant-based cheese)
2½ Tbsp cream cheese (sub vegan cream cheese)
¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp JF Spicy Salt
PROCESS:
In a small saucepan, sauté the garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Steam the cauliflower florets and place in a food processor. Pour the garlic in the food processor. Add the plant-based parmesan and vegan cream cheese. Season with fresh cracked black pepper and JF Spicy Salt. Pulse in the food processor until you reach your desired consistency.
