The easiest and most delicious summer snack. Great to serve with cruditee or create the perfect bite on grain-free crackers.
INGREDIENTS
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 cup organic kalamata olives, pitted
2 Tbsp capers
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
JF Spicy Salt to taste
PROCESS
Place the garlic cloves into a blender or food processor; pulse to mince. Add the olives, capers, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil; blend until everything is finely coarse. Garnish with JF Spicy Salt.
