INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup almond flour
⅔ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
1 tsp coconut oil
¼ cup chocolate chips (I like Evolved)
PROCESS:
Preheat your oven to 350º and line a small baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix well until combine. In another large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sea salt. Mix well. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour the batter into the lined baking dish. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool before eating.
Optional Chocolate Drizzle
Heat up chocolate chips with the coconut oil, combining well. Drizzle over the top of the brownies once cooled.
