Given the popularity of my original seed bread, I wanted to give you something that felt more Fall.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup zen basil seeds
⅓ cup hemp hearts
⅓ cup ground flax seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
½ cup psyllium husk powder
½ cup whole pecans
¼cup whole golden raisins
¼ cup whole cranberries
Drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
1½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
½ tsp coconut sugar
1½ cups water, boiled
PROCESS:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a medium sized bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, zen basil seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax seeds, sesame seeds, psyllium husk powder, whole pecans, whole golden raisins and whole cranberries. Sprinkle in cinnamon, JF Spicy Salt and coconut sugar. Drizzle in olive oil to make moist. Bring water to a boil and pour over seeds, mixing throughly. With olive oil, grease loaf pan really well, then add mixture. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Top with vanilla date sugar and JF Spicy Salt for a salty sweet taste. After baked, run knife through corners and let sit in the loaf pan until ready to serve.
