INGREDIENTS:
3-4 filets of white fish6-7 green onions, sliced thin
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Fresh cracked black pepper
JF Spicy Salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter (sub ghee or vegan butter)
Lemon, sliced
PROCESS:
Season the fish with JF Spicy Salt and black pepper. In a large sauté pan, heat oil and butter over medium. Once hot, add the garlic and green onion, sauté until softened, careful not to burn.
Add the fish on top of the green onion. Cook 1-2 minutes then flip once the sides start to whiten. When you flip try to catch all the green onion and garlic so it’s on the top when you turn it. Plate over rice and serve immediately with a lemon wedge and extra JF Spicy Salt and pepper.
