INGREDIENTS:
1 package of plant-based ground meat (I like Beyond Beef)½ white onion, chopped
½ head of cabbage, sliced thin on the mandolin #3
2 Tbsp sour cream (sub plain coconut yogurt)
JF Universal Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
TOPPINGS:
Green onions, choppedSriracha
JF Spicy Salt
PROCESS:
In a large pan on medium high heat, brown the ground Beyond Beef with the chopped white onion. Once the ‘meat’ is browned add the cabbage and sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and add the dairy-free sour cream and mix in really well. Season with JF Universal Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Serve this with green onions, sriracha sauce, and JF Spicy Salt.
