This is the perfect swap for a tangier cream cheese when making brunch. So good, so simple, the perfect bite with a JF Jammy Egg and a good, grain-free toast. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
Vegan feta, crumbled (I like Trader Joe’s)
Olive oil
Oregano
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
TOPPINGS:
JF Jammy Eggs, sliced
Shallot, chopped
Basil, chiffonade
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
Feta Mash
In a small bowl combine the vegan feta, olive oil, oregano, and JF Spicy Salt to create your spread.
This is delicious on toasted, grain-free bread (I like AWG Rosemary). Build upwards with an even layer of the Feta Mash, top with a sliced JF Jammy Egg, chopped shallot, and basil. Finish with more JF Spicy Salt and enjoy!
