Everyone was having pizza over Memorial Day Weekend, so here’s my clean version using AWG’s Everyday Rounds (my favorite new product), they’re grain-free and perfect for mini pizzas.
INGREDIENTS:
- AWG’s Everyday Rounds, toasted
- Pizza sauce (I like Rao’s)

Vegan mozzarella, shredded (I like VioLife)
- Pineapple, chopped
- Cherry peppers (I like Jeff's Garden)
- JF Mayo Free Ranch
PROCESS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º. Using the toasted rounds as a base, build upwards with your pizza sauce and a sprinkle of vegan mozzarella.
2. Bake until the cheese has melted and they’re warm throughout.
3. Top with chopped pineapple, cherry peppers, and my JF Mayo Free Ranch. Enjoy!
