INGREDIENTS:
- Romaine, chopped
- Arugula
- Cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Dill, torn
- Cucumber, chopped
- Vegan feta, crumbled (I like Trader Joe’s)
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Chives, sliced
- Avocado, chopped
Dressing:
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice, to taste
- JF Spicy Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and JF Spicy Salt to create our dressing. Adjust to taste.
2. In a large bowl, using the romaine and arugula as a base, begin to build your salad.
3. Layer in the cilantro, dill, cucumber, vegan feta, alfalfa sprouts, chives, and avocado.
4. Toss in our dressing and enjoy!
