"I Wish I Was in Greece" Cauliflower

This simple cauliflower and dipping sauce will transport you to the Mediterranean. Serves 4.


1 head of cauliflower, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp oregano
JF Spicy Salt
Pinch of cobanero chili (sub red pepper flakes)


Tzatziki Sauce:
1½ cup 2% Greek yogurt (sub plain coconut yogurt)
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
1 lemon, juiced 


Preheat the oven to 425º. Place chopped cauliflower in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, JF Spicy Salt, and cobanero chili. Cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.


In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, fresh chopped dill, minced garlic, JF Spicy Salt, and lemon juice.


Serve the roasted cauliflower with the tzatziki sauce as a side for your favorite protein. Store in your refrigerator for up to a week.
