It's happy hour time for the girls so I'm serving up my Spicy Rosemary Paloma. Fills 4 glasses.

JF Spicy Salt

TOPPINGS:

Grapefruit slices (optional)
Lime slices (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

PROCESS:

Over the stovetop, bring water to a boil and allow the monk fruit sweetener to dissolve. Once dissolved, remove from heat. Strain and let cool for 30 minutes. Transfer to a glass bottle. (Store up to 1 week)

In a small pourable container, combine all ingredients. Stir and mix well. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, dampen glass rims with water, lime and grapefruit juice. Dip rims into a plate of JF Spicy Salt. Pour mix into individual glasses over ice.
