INGREDIENTS:
1½ cup almond meal (sub: Bob’s Red Mill Superfine ‘Natural’ Almond Flour)¼ cup flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp JF Spicy Salt
5 large eggs
¼ cup coconut oil
1 Tbsp honey
½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
PROCESS:
Preheat your oven to 350º. Combine the almond meal, flaxseed meal, coconut flour, baking soda and JF Spicy Salt. Mix to combine and set to the side. Using a food processor, blend the eggs, coconut oil, honey and apple cider vinegar. Slowly pour in the dry ingredients and pulse until combine. Be careful not to overmix. Pour into a bread loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. When the top is golden brown it is done.Recipe adapted from The Batter Thickens.
