JF VANILLA CINNAMON GRAIN FREE GRANOLA

Everyone in my family loves granola. This version is our new favorite to snack on or add to a breakfast bowl with yogurt and fresh fruit. Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups organic, slivered almonds
1 cup unsweetened, organic shredded coconut
1 tsp JF Spicy Salt
¼ cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp madagascar vanilla
2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
2 Tbsp almond butter
½ cup dried blueberries, or dried fruit of choice (optional)

PROCESS:

Preheat your oven to 325°. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well with your hands. The almond butter will create larger bunches you can break up after the granola bakes. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-20 minutes until it is as golden brown as you desire.  Break it up into bite size pieces after. Store in an airtight container for approximately 1 week.
