An easy, delicious dish that can be made any night of the week in 20 minutes or less. Follow the recipe for a single portion or modify to serve more.
INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil (I like Fancy Peasant)
JF Spicy Salt
½ lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp dijon or grainy mustard
Dill
TOPPINGS:
Dill
Fresh lemon juice
Mustard
PROCESS:
Preheat the oven to 400°. Place the fish on a pan and slather with olive oil and JF Spicy Salt. Mix the dill, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl to form a paste. Coat the fish in that sauce, and broil for 4 minutes on each side. Serve warm and top with dill, lemon, and extra mustard sauce from earlier.
