LOADED BEYOND MEAT CHEESEBURGER SALAD

Try this for a vegetarian, gluten-free option next time you're craving a burger. Serves 1. 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Beyond Burger patty
1 slice American cheese (sub plant-based cheese) 
2 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ avocado, diced
¼ cup sprouts
Dijon mustard, to taste
JF Universal Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

PROCESS:

After cooking the Beyond Burger and adding cheese, place the romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Drizzle my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette over it and lightly toss. Place the Beyond Burger on top and garnish with your favorite burger toppings. I add dill pickles, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, sprouts, and Dijon mustard. Season with JF Universal Salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
