INGREDIENTS
1 can organic garbanzo beans, rinsed and dried well½ white onion, diced fine (sub scallion, chives or red onion)
1 tsp dried or fresh thyme
1 tsp JF Spicy Salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
PROCESS
Preheat oven to 400°. Line half flat sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread garbanzo beans and onion on paper, drizzle with olive oil and thyme and JF Spicy Salt. Toss well with hands to coat.
Place in oven and roast approximately 30 minutes until browned and crispy. Let cool on tray and toss into salad, cauliflower rice or as a topping for any roasted vegetable. Take the rest to work for a snack!
