INGREDIENTS:
1 (7oz) jar of marshmallow cream1½ cup granulated sugar (sub coconut sugar)
⅔ cup evaporated milk (sub almond milk)
¼ cup butter (sub ghee or vegan butter)
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips (sub Hu chocolate chips)
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I like Hu)
1 Tbsp vanilla
Walnuts (optional)
Marshmallows (optional)

Kit-Kats
Mini marshmallows
Chocolate chips
Any candy bars
PROCESS:
In a large pot on medium heat, combine the marshmallow cream, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Let it melt down and then bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not let it burn! Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until they are melted in. Add the vanilla and mix in. If you are adding nuts or additional toppings add them now. Butter an 8x8 baking dish. Line it with parchment paper and carefully pour the fudge mixture into the baking dish. Smooth out the top. Now add whatever toppings your heart desires. I used Kit-Kats, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Let this sit in the fridge overnight before enjoying.
