¼ cup of white onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp shallot, diced fine
1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced fine
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped fine
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
