Moroccan Inspired Sweet Potato

Try this as another meat alternative or use it as a delicious side. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

1 sweet potato, cubed
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cobanero chili
¼ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt  

PROCESS:

Preheat the oven to 375°. Place the cubed sweet potato in a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil until lightly coated. Add in the cinnamon, turmeric, cobanero chili, smoked paprika, and JF Spicy Salt. Mix well. Pour the potato onto a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
