Fast snack….Crispy olive oil fried eggs with JF Spicy Salt served over arugula dressed in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette - so good! Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil (I like Kyoord)
2 eggs
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
Warm the olive oil over medium/high heat. When it begins to shimmer, pour in both eggs. Season with JF Spicy Salt. Allow the whites to cook through and crisp on the edges. When you’ve reached your desired cook, remove from the heat.
Serve over arugula tossed in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette and enjoy!
