Pre-flight fuel was so good today. Minimal effort required here, but it tastes delish! Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
Shiitake mushrooms
2 eggs
Green cabbage, sliced thin on the mandoline
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh dill, torn
PROCESS:
1. In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium/medium-high heat and begin to sauté your mushrooms.
2. Once those have softened, crack in both eggs, frying them until the whites are opaque and yolks still runny.
3. Served this warm over sliced green cabbage and finish with my JF Spicy Salt and fresh dill. Enjoy!
