ROASTED MAPLE GARLIC BABY CARROT FRIES

Try this as a healthy alternative to French fries. These crips nicely and are much healthier than traditional fries. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS

1 bag organic baby carrots
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic olive oil
1 tsp JF Universal Salt or JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS

Preheat the oven to 400º. Cut the carrots in half or quarters, whatever you prefer. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss until the carrots are evenly coated. Line the carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Roast for approximately 15-30 minutes depending on how brown you like them. My family prefers burnt edges on them so we let them go long. 


Serve immediately alone or with dipping sauce of your choice.
