ROASTED RADISHES

ROASTED RADISHES

These are a great Keto substitute for roasted red potatoes. They are Keto Kev approved. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

Roasted Radishes:
2 bunches of radishes, quartered 
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp JF Universal Salt
1 Tbsp olive oil

 

Yogurt Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup Greek yogurt (sub plain coconut yogurt)
½ garlic clove, minced
JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS:

Roasted Radishes
Preheat oven to 400º. Place the radish quarters in a large bowl. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and JF Universal Salt. Drizzle the olive oil and mix really well so the seasoning evenly coats the radishes. Place these in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 

 

Yogurt Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt and garlic. Season with JF Spicy Salt and serve underneath the roasted radishes to dip in.
