Roasted Sweet Potatoes With Spicy Chili Tahini Sauce

A clean and delicious side that will spice up any meal. Serves 4. 

INGREDIENTS:

Roasted Sweet Potatoes:
3 Japanese sweet potatoes, cubed
Olive oil
JF Spicy Salt


Spicy Chili Tahini Sauce:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp tahini
2 tsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp hot sauce (I like Tia Lupita)

TOPPINGS:

Green or red onion, sliced thin  

PROCESS:

Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400
º. Place cubed sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and coat with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with JF Spicy Salt and broil for 30-40 minutes, until brown and crispy. 


Spicy Chili Tahini Sauce
In a small bowl whisk all ingredients for the sauce together, adding water until it reaches your desired consistency. Drizzle it evenly over the roasted potatoes and top with red or green onion. Enjoy warm.
