A bit of a change from my go-to tuna, I tried canned salmon today which is not typically my thing, but turned out surprisingly well. The key here is a squeeze of fresh lime and my JF Curry Salt - its almost like a faux ceviche hack. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can salmon, drained and flaked very fine
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Curry Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
White onion, chopped
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
Squeeze of fresh lime
