Sriracha Glazed Salmon was tonight's dinner - the best of both worlds with the sweetness from the honey and heat from the sriracha and my JF Spicy Salt. So good, and super quick for busy weeknights. Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS:
1lb wild-caught salmon fillet
Sriracha Honey Glaze:
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbsp honey (I like Nette)
1 tsp sriracha (I like Yellowbird)
1 tsp coconut aminos (I like Coconut Secret “Garlic Sauce”)
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
TOPPINGS:
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
Fresh lemon
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
PROCESS:
Sriracha Honey Glaze
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, honey, sriracha, coconut aminos, and JF Spicy Salt.
Sriracha Glazed Salmon
Preheat your oven to 500º. Place your salmon on a prepared baking sheet and coat well with your Sriracha Honey Glaze. Broil for about 12 minutes, until slightly crisp on the exterior.
Plate warm and finish with cilantro, fresh lemon, JF Spicy Salt, and a touch of my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
