I was experimenting in my kitchen and realized this seasoning combination is very satisfying. Try these on top of a fresh salad or as taco filling. Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS:
25 shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp
JF Spicy Salt½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Lemon
PROCESS:
Rinse the shrimp and remove tails. In a medium bowl, season the shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika,
JF Spicy Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Mix well so the shrimp are evenly coated. In a large pan, cook the shrimp on medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side. While the shrimp cook, add the nutritional yeast. Once the shrimp are almost finished cooking add the minced garlic, so it does not burn. Serve these with fresh chopped Italian parsley, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and a sprinkle of
JF Spicy Salt.
