I was in the mood for some sweet potato steak fries tonight. Serve these alongside my Creamy Dill Dip - so good, it’s the perfect bite! Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Potato Steak Fries:
- 1 large sweet potato, skin on, cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- Cumin
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- JF Curry Salt
- 1 container plain coconut yogurt (I like Cocojune)
- A handful of fresh dill, torn
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- JF Spicy Salt, to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, to taste
- Fresh lemon juice, to taste
- Lemon zest, to taste
PROCESS:
Sweet Potato Steak Fries
1. Preheat the oven to 425º.
2. Toss your sweet potato wedges in olive oil and coat generously in the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and JF Curry Salt.
3. Convection roast until golden brown and crispy on the exterior.
Creamy Dill Dip
1. In a small bowl, combine the plain coconut yogurt, dill, garlic, JF Spicy Salt, cracked black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and zest.
2. Serve alongside our sweet potato fries topped with extra dill and JF Spicy Salt.
