The Bomb Salad

This delicious, simple salad is my take on a salad that my friend Nicole Berrie of Bonberi makes with the addition of goat cheese. Serves 1. 


2 cup romaine or butter lettuce, chopped
4 leaves of radicchio, chopped
1 radish, sliced thin on the mandolin
4 Frescatrano green olives, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp goat cheese (sub plant-based cheese)
1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
JF Spicy Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper


After prepping all of the ingredients place the lettuce, chopped radicchio, radish slices, Frescatrano green olive slices, goat cheese, and chopped red onion in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice on top of all the ingredients. Add a sprinkle of JF Spicy Salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
