This recipe is so quick and easy and always yields the perfect jammy egg. Great for office lunches or topped over a salad. A delicious bite seasoned with my JF Spicy Salt!
INGREDIENTS:
Egg(s), cold
Water
PROCESS:
In a small saucepan, bring 1” of water to a boil. Gently half-submerge your eggs and cover. Boil for 6 minutes, then rinse under cool water to stop the cooking process. Peel, slice, and enjoy.
