The salad from the set of my photoshoot! Delicious, clean, and so easy to throw together. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups organic romaine, chopped2 organic, soy-free JF Jammy Eggs
¼ cup organic cucumber, sliced thin on the mandolin
¼ cup organic radish, sliced thin on the mandolin
¼ cup organic castelveltrano olives, sliced
¼ cup organic avocado, diced
¼ organic roasted red pepper, diced
¼ cup organic red onion, diced
¼ cup organic caper berries
¼ cup organic cilantro, coarsely chopped
¼ cup organic sunflower seeds
JF Universal Salt, to taste
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
PROCESS:
In a large bowl begin to build your salad using the chopped romaine as your base. Layer in the cucumber, radish, olives, avocado, roasted red pepper, red onion, caper berries, cilantro, sunflower seeds, and both JF Jammy Eggs. Season with JF Universal Salt and dress in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
