Tuna Slaw

Today’s new tuna is a veg heavy version - almost like a slaw - that’s SO good! Delicious by itself or wrapped in a grain-free tortilla with hot sauce for a yummy filling. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans low-sodium wild-caught tuna, flaked fine (I like Wild Planet)
Brown mustard, to taste
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste 
Green cabbage, sliced thin on the mandoline 
Radish, sliced thin o the mandoline and cut into matchsticks 
White onion, diced
Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
Cilantro, coarsely chopped

PROCESS:

In a large bowl, using the flaked tuna as your base, begin working in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, the brown mustard, and JF Spicy Salt. Adjust to taste. Add in the green cabbage, radish, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro - creating your “slaw.” Add extra vinaigrette and JF Spicy Salt as needed. Enjoy!
