I was craving a turkey burger, but I wanted to be healthy. Make this salad and add whatever you like on your burger. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups romaine, chopped
¼ cup dill pickle chips, diced
¼ cup cheddar cheese, diced
¼ cup tomatoes, diced
¼ cup avocado, diced
¼ cup crispy bacon, diced
¼ cup turkey, diced
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
PROCESS:
In a large salad bowl, place the chopped romaine lettuce. Top with the dill pickle chips, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, avocado, crispy bacon, and cracked pepper turkey. Drizzle with my
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. Using two large spoons mix the salad until combined and the dressing is evenly coating the salad. Season with
JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
